Meet Jessica
M.A., R.P.
The idea of starting therapy can be intimidating and overwhelming. It takes courage to take that leap and begin facing your thoughts and feelings. As your therapist I make sure you feel understood, heard and validated, providing individualized, creative, and collaborative care that meets you where you are at.
We live in a society where we can be viewed so harshly that it is no wonder we feel the need to hold back or hide our feelings. Sometimes even our family and friends can let us down, hurt us or make us feel unsafe to be ourselves. When the world feels like it is against you, therapy can take some of the pressure off and help guide you towards the answers you already have within.
My hope is to provide you with an understanding of your values and incorporate self-compassion into your daily life. Self-compassion can hold a different meaning for each of us and part of our work and journey together is exploring how you can hold this space for yourself. I will invite you to explore answers to meaningful questions and consciously look inwards to support you in responding to your needs. Psychotherapy can help you gain self-awareness and strategies to reconnect you to the life you want to live and the person you wish to be. I hope to make this experience comfortable, welcoming, and fulfilling.

Services and Fees
Initial Consultation
Arrange a free 20 minute consultation to discover if I am the right fit. Finding the right fit is important in the therapeutic process and I look to respect this. We will discuss what brings you into therapy and what you are hoping to achieve with my support. I will answer any questions you have about the process. It is important you feel confident and comfortable moving forward.
Consultations can be booked in-person or virtually.
Individual Psychotherapy
The next step will be to book for your first appointment. When you are ready, this can typically be booked within one week. Together we will establish frequency and duration of therapy with the goal of ensuring you feel safe and secure in your healing journey. You can expect sessions to be introspective, collaborative, and creative. We will explore your unique story and work together to make meaningful changes.
